The steaks you cook are only as good as the steaks you buy. We carry some of the best. Most of our meat is choice, we carry a prime New York and many cuts of Grass Fed beef as well. Our butcher can season the meat with a dry rub or liquid marinade, there are many choices.... many of them local companies.
Steaks can be seasoned with Ol' Morgan's, Snyder's Prime Rib Seasoning, BBQ Pepper Medley, Garlic Herb Marinade. ... to name a few. Or just good old salt and pepper. Just lay it on the grill, add some vegetables and a salad.... you have a meal.
Tonight I grilled a grass fed flank steak with Stonewall Kitchen Espresso Rub. And because I love to dip, I used Charlie's Finishing Sauce to dip. With the leftover flank steak, I will have a steak salad for dinner tomorrow night.
